Théo Sixou

About

Théo Sixou is a French independent director based between Paris and Brussels.

His research is focused on memory: how do we fictionalize our history through our reconstructed memories? His works are dreamlike journeys, oscillating between naturalism and fantasy, where fragments of the real collide with moments of pure imagination.

Drawing inspiration from cinema, literature, and visual arts, his films cultivate a sensitive approach to storytelling, where atmosphere often prevails over linear narrative.

He has directed videos across diverse fields—fashion, art, music, architecture, gastronomy — always seeking to weave a poetic and cinematic vision into each collaboration.

Théo is currently developing new projects at the crossroads of fiction and documentary, continuing his exploration of memory as both an intimate and collective space.
